Notice of Rent Increase 2026,

Once a year, on 1 July, rents are adjusted. This applies to all rental homes as well as facilities such as garages and storage units. Before 1 May, you will receive a letter or email with our proposal for the rent increase. The percentage of the increase depends on the type of space you rent from us.
